Packet Shaper Soft Phone or Dialer is an extremely thin end point customizable PC Software device that gives you the power and flexibility to deliver an enhanced VoIP endpoint for a multitude of uses.
The Soft Phone delivers H323-based communications and services in a software-based phone for PC-to-Phone, Phone-to-PC and PC-to-PC services. It offers an intuitive phone-like interface and can be easily customized.
The program uses your Internet connection and VoIP technology, so there is no charge for these calls. Just download the dialer, and enjoy free services with supporting features like Caller ID, Call Waiting, Conference and Voicemail to name a few.

| SIMPLE TO USE |

Step 1: Click on the Username / Password icon, enter your username / password you chose at the time of signing up. Then Click OK. The dialer will try to register with the Soft switch. On successful registration, you will get the welcome message "Ready for Calls, Welcome to Packet Shaper VOIP Services".

Put on your Headphone set and adjust the mike /speaker settings (assures maximum voice clarity). |

Enter the telephone number or choose from your contact list the person you want to call. |
|
Clicking on the call button will instantly send a call request to the telephone you have dialed and you can start talking to the person at the other end once the call is picked. |
|
To cancel a call, you can click on the 'red' button on your Dialer software. Your call will be terminated. |
